Model Schedule Judgment (22.10.08)
The Judgment of Mackay J. in respect of RH and the other 'indexation' cases has now been published, as has the Judgment in respect of the model Schedule to the Order.
The model Schedule Judgment gives a clear indication that redrafting the terms may lead to costs implications and should save judicial time.
